About the Production
On the day after the end of Kickstarter, we have placed a large order of all the materials we need, all the parts arrived within a week. We have started the production assembling two days ago. Now everything is on the track. Let’s check some pictures of the assembly to see how the process goes:

For the People who have placed an order on our website, we have made a shipping announcement on our official website about the shipping date, all the assembly, and shipping information will be kept open for everyone.
Also, Now our Official Facebook Community is live for everyone to discuss more the tycoon after you receive your 3d printer, everyone on the group is professional to answer your questions.
About the Survey
We've started sending the survey to backers. And some backers mentioned that the stretch goal has not to be included in the survey, here we might have to make it clear that we have unlocked the first and second stretch goal: Octoprint Kit*1, All-metal Hotend*1, and 0.4mm Hardened Steel Nozzle*1 for sure. All these stretch goals will be included in the package by default. Backers don't need to choose them from the survey. But we will add them later to the survey to make things more clear.

What if I haven't seen the email yet?
Check your spam folder. If you use Gmail, sometimes your invite will go to your "Promotions" tab. If you still can't find it, search your inbox for "PledgeBox".
If that doesn't work:

2. Click "Request New Invite".
3. Enter your email address (the one you pledged with).
4. Wait at least 10 minutes - then go to your email, open the invite, and click the giant button to confirm all your goodies.
Cancellation of the Acrylic Enclosure as an Add-ons
Please note that we have decided to not offer the Acrylic Enclosure anymore. Because after negotiating with the shipping company, we found the Acrylic Enclosure is easy broken during transportation. The "Acrylic Enclosure" add-on in the survey is only for recording to refund to those already-pledged backers! Not for selling to new pledges! So please don't add this to your survey if you haven't pledged from Kickstarter.
If you have pledged the Acrylic Enclosure from Kickstarter, please add this enclosure in your survey, we will refund you from the Kickstarter. And the refunded amount could not be updated in PledgeBox for technical reasons.
Another Shipping Choice of US/EU backer
As backers may know, for the USA and European backers, the default shipping method is to ship to the overseas warehouse by sea first then express to home, which takes 1.5-2 months to be delivered, and tax included. For the rest countries, we will ship the reward directly from China by air express, which takes 7-10 days, tax not included.Now USA and European backers could also choose express service. The shipping fee will be $255 per machine, and tax not included. The advantage of the express is faster, but meanwhile, it is much more expensive. Please DM us if you need the express service.
